The size of the dance floor you need is typically based on the number of guests you have. Most of the time, only 60% to 75% of your guests will be dancing at your busiest set. For 100 guests, you would expect to have at least a 16×16 dance floor, although it would be safer to have an 18×18 dance floor.
Typically, it only takes us between 2 to 3 hours to set up a dance floor. However, we usually like to schedule a window of about 5 hours just to make sure that any delays don’t impact your event.
Breaking down a dance floor is typically much quicker than setting it up, so you can expect it to take about 2/3 of the setup time.
Some of our dance floors are battery powered. The ones that are not battery powered can typically run off of one or two standard household outlets.
There is no extra charge for breaking down the same night of the event, even if it’s late at night.

To determine if you need a subfloor, look at the location of the setup. If it is on soft earth or an unlevel surface, then you will need a subfloor.

Obstacle fees apply to anything that can get in the way of the setup crew. This can include staircases, small elevators, security doors, no designated loading area, or if you booked multiple vendors to set up at the same time and everyone is working on top of each other.
Yes, we have special lighting that is battery powered. While it is not very powerful, it is more than powerful enough to do the job.
Other than LED dance floors and light-up staging, we also offer light-up cocktail tables, illuminated coffee tables, glowing bars, and light-up decorative walls.
A lighting technician is provided for free for any event over $10,000. Otherwise, it is $75 per hour.
We recommend at least one month of lead time before your event. If you book an event with less than 2 weeks prior to the event, there is a rush fee of 25% of the price prior to delivery.
We offer discounted pricing to non-profit corporations, as well as discounts for repeat customers and possible partnerships with venues and event professionals.
The colors of your LED dance floor are controlled via a remote control that uses radio frequency. It has a range of up to about 90 to 100 feet.
Yes, we have special production lighting that is designed for high-ambient-light situations. The lighting we use does not have the expected flicker effect that many cameras pick up when filming LED lights.
The late fee is applied if your payment is not fully processed prior to two weeks before the event. The late fee is 25% of the remaining amount.
The rush fee is applied if you book your event with less than 2 weeks before the event. The rush fee is 25% of the amount of the event prior to delivery.
There is no discount for paying in full early.
Yes, we are open to collaboration with event professionals, venues, and repeat customers. This collaboration usually takes the form of putting a deposit down on multiple jobs.
The modular dance floor units that are used to construct our dance floors measure 2 ft by 2 ft and are 8 inches high. They are positioned and fastened together to form a solid dance floor.
Yes, the dance floor units can be stacked to create higher levels. This is how you can create staging, elevated fashion show runways, or other multi-level stages. Each of the levels can be lighted to be a different color.
Yes, the dance floor can be stacked in a manner that creates a staircase. Each of the step levels, as well as the individual columns, can often be lighted differently based on the lighting pattern created during installation.
While the dance floor cannot be turned on its side, the individual dance floor units are very versatile and can be used to create a light-up wall. This is often used as a reveal for fashion shows.
The price of a wall unit is the same as the price of a stage unit.
For multiple-day rentals, the first day is billed at standard pricing. The second day is billed at half of standard pricing. The third day is billed at half of the second-day pricing. Every day after that is also billed at the third-day rental price.
Under special request, the floor can be connected to a DMX adapter. This will allow your DMX system to control each of the zones on the floor.
The range of our standard remote control is about 90 to 120 feet. It uses an RF signal.

We accept all forms of payment other than cryptocurrency. If you’re going to mail a check, it is recommended that you mail it much sooner rather than later, as the late fee can apply if the check arrives after the late-fee assignment date.
